Fine Ruby Port
A deep colored, lively, peppery wine full of fresh fruit flavors. Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesca and Tinta Barroca are the major grape varieties, all from traditional, “A” category suppliers. The Quinta do Noval Fine Ruby is vinified by pump-over in stainless steel, and then aged 2 to 3 years in big oak vats. Quinta do Noval’s Fine Ruby has a bright ruby color, with an intense, youthful nose that has a distinctive fruity character reminiscent of wild cherries. Well-balanced on the palate, it displays intense fruit and good length.- Non-Vintage:
