“Extravagant aromas of crushed fruit and flowers.  Almost like a young Port.  Full-bodied, with a solid core of fruit and a soft and silky tannin structure.  Very fine.” 92-94 Wine Spectator, March 2006

Château La Fleur-Pétrus 2004:
‘Very attractive chocolate, black olives, berries and even tobacco on the nose.  Full-bodied, with velvety tannins, a refined texture and a long, caressing finish.  All here.’’ 92 Wine Spectator, March 2007

Château La Fleur-Pétrus 2003:
‘’Aromas of plums with flowers and berries follow through to a full-bodied palate, with round, velvety tannins and a long, flavorful finish.  Juicy wine.  Sweet fruit.’’ 92 Wine Spectator, April 2002
